Description

Here's your opportunity to take over a beloved local institution!!! JJ's Soft Serve has been in business for over 25 years and is a staple in the community. The owners are looking to retire and find the right buyer to pick up where they left off and grow the business. Soft Serve is in the name but they also sell hard ice cream and other treats. They have indoor seating as well giving the next owner an opportunity to stay open all year round if they want. Currently, JJ's in only open seasonally from late spring to early fall giving you a great opportunity to grow. Who doesn't want to own an ice cream shop!!! check it out.
